Self Care Printable Dice

I’ve been wanting to make dice for so long! It features some of my favorite self care activities! This is a digital download, so you can enjoy it at anytime by printing this at home. The art featured was created by Mandi Farrell Caka, Owner and Content Creator of Crafty Cats.

What does each dice side mean? Each side is open to interpretation, so feel free to come up with your own version of what each side means! Here’s what they mean to me:

SPRINKLE KINDESS

Show the people you care about or maybe even an internet stranger or two some kindness. This can be literally anything like compliments, happy mail, some social media love, or a phone call. 

SELF LOVE SPA

Create a fun self care moment for yourself! This can be a product like a face scrub or bath bomb. It can even be a block of time to journal or color. Maybe even order some of your favorite foods! Do something for yourself because you are worth it. 

GRATITUDE LIST

What are you grateful for? List at least 10 things and try to lean into whatever emotion comes with them. When I look at the brand I’ve built it makes me excited for the future and a little emotional about how far Crafty Cats has come. 

TAKE A SOCIAL BREAK

This can be either a social media break or just a moment for yourself. Sometimes the greatest gift for your mental health is giving yourself time to exist and digest things At your own pace. 

COMPLIMENT YOURSELF

You’re freaking incredible and beautiful! Shower yourself in compliments and dedicate time to really look at yourself. There’s beauty in what you’ve been through and how it’s shaped you into who you are now. OWN IT. 

DECLUTTER YOUR SPACE

Having a clean environment helps me so much when I’m feeling overwhelmed. Take a moment to clean off your desk or bedside table. Recover a small piece of your house for yourself. You don’t have to clean a full room or do anything too crazy here. Just tidy your favorite spot to hang out.
